I am so glad I found Hilary. I Have found it difficult to trust that someone you are entrusting to cut your hair the way you describe it, will truly listen and understand that which is explained, and cut it accordingly. I have short hair, and so often when I go into get a hair cut, it is simply just cut, with no rhyme or reason, even after I meticulously describe what I would like to see done. Hilarly not only listened and understood, but she took the time to reiterate what we discussed, to esure all was clear, and she cut it exactly the way I had hoped. She truly has a gift. I love my hair! Hilary, thank you for really understanding what I wanted and needed to have done. So many people don't listen and think they know what someone is explaining.
